so happy to see you here

I’m Sandra Garcia

let me tell you a bit more about myself

Where do we begin?

Born and raised in lovely Mexico, I’m a proud regiomontana that got later enamored and adopted by France.

I had the chance to call Paris my home for eleven years and I find myself currently living in Dubai with my small family.

Traveling, learning about, and connecting with different cultures and people have been part of the greatest joys of my life.

Do what you love…

In a nutshell:

My formal education includes two bachelor’s degrees (international marketing + international business), an executive master’s degree in sociology of the enterprise and strategies for change, and a Prosci certification in Change Management.

My curiosity has taken me to pursue formal and informal training in Design Thinking, Storytelling, Systemic Change, Agile methods, and Diversity + Inclusion.

I’ve made a career out of my passion for social sciences, communication, employee wellbeing, innovation + design (and I consider myself very lucky for this).

I’m proud to have coached and helped enterprises navigate change and achieve organizational success through Employee Experience Design, Employee Engagement Initiatives and Communication + Change Management programs. For this, I focus on leveraging workplace research and user-centered methodologies that are inclusive while engaging with all levels within an organization.

Share what you love !

I consider myself an “eternal student”, and I’m the kind of person who enjoys chatting and sharing knowledge in different forms.

(As a matter of fact, writing and teaching are among the things I do *for fun* and since 2021 I’ve been formally teaching a Design Methods class at Masters’ level).

Hereunder you will find a selection of media mentions that came out of interesting discussions, speaking engagements I’ve been invited to, and some articles I’ve authored.
